ASME-Certified Nitrogen Circulation Skid for Critical Middle East Operations
Precona successfully delivered a fully engineered nitrogen circulation skid for a respected client in the Middle East. The project covered complete design, detailed engineering, fabrication, and testing, all executed in close collaboration with the customer based on an approved P&ID.
The skid integrates a robust steel frame, process piping, heat exchangers, and a pressure vessel into one fully functional system. The main challenge in this project was the combination of a tight turnaround time and a high number of detailed customer specifications, requiring precise coordination and efficient execution throughout the entire process.
All components were designed and manufactured to meet strict international standards. The skid frame complies with EN 1090, while the stainless steel heat exchangers and pressure vessel were engineered in accordance with ASME Section VIII Division 1 and delivered with code stamping. All piping was fabricated according to ASME B31.3, ensuring full compliance for process service applications.
