Precision Separator Internals for Oil & Gas Applications
Precona has successfully completed the manufacturing of a range of separator internals for liquid and gas separation for a large refinery. The scope included various inlet devices, vane packs for liquid and gas separation, and spray systems, all designed to optimize separation efficiency and process performance.
All components were manufactured from stainless steel 316L, with additional material requirements and testing procedures applied to meet stringent refinery specifications. Welding and material selection were carried out in accordance with NACE MR0175, ensuring suitability for sour service and corrosive operating environments.
